Philanthropy and community service
Here at the Eta Theta Chapter of Sigma Nu, we like to pride ourselves in our outgoing Community Service and Philanthropy. Through our volunteering networks and Philanthropy events we give fourth as much effort as we can in order to better both local and non local communities.
Community Service Efforts
In the fall 2016 semester our chapter worked very hard to advocate for the Special Olympics of North Dakota. The volunteering efforts we have done range from getting very involved and helping some of the athletes train, all the way down to simply helping fill the stands and supporting the Athletes. Our chapter has continued this outstanding effort into the spring 2017 semester, and we are excited by the opportunities we have to support this organization and many others.
A special thank you to our member Dallas Patton for putting forth the extra effort that allowed us as a chapter to help make as big of a difference as we can with the Special Olympics of North Dakota.
Come join the men of Sigma Nu for our second annual pumpkin patch! From 3-6PM everyday we'll be selling pumpkins and baked goods. On Thursday and Friday we'll have a fall festival with games and prizes and, of course, pumpkins. All proceeds will go to St. Judes. We hope you can join us for some fun and fellowship while supporting a good cause!
